Timely delivery. Super easy to place order. Great quality stone. I received my Amethyst silver ring in good packaging with certification and am very happy with it. Overall great service and good product. I wish there are options to customize the ring band width (shank) and the gallery height; the stone is placed very high. The width on the band is slightly big for me.

Very professional gemstone dealers. Throughout the process of buying stones from their stock and having them set in jewelry pieces that can be customized through the website, there is clear communication and help available readily. They are also extremely helpful in creating jewelry from a customer design. Everything is very transparent, stone treatments are clearly labeled, prices for settings will be calculated for gold/platinum according to the real time metal prices and all costs are clearly communicated—even that import taxes for the buyer are not included in the price. As a private buyer I am being dealt with very professionally and my wishes are accommodated regardless of my budget.
