Is it possible to get an engraving on my engagement ring?
Yes, you can have complimentary engraving on the backside and the middle part of the ring such as a heart, infinity signs, dates, or your initials, etc.

Apart from your designs, can I get my own customized engagement ring designs?
Yes, you can connect with one of our jewelry consultants. They will assist you in getting your design(s) to our team of CAD experts. Once you approve the design, the ring is made as per the requirements. We also give three alterations to your CAD designs, meaning that if you don’t like the first design, we will provide you with two more alterations for the same.

Are your engagement rings hallmarked?
All our engagement ring designs are hallmarked and come with a certificate that clearly states their authenticity and quality.

How much time is taken to complete the engagement ring?
The CAD rendering takes between 4-5 working days. Additionally, the final product takes a maximum of 15 working days to finish.
