Malachite Bracelets
A green coloured marvelous gemstone coming from the family of carbonate mineral and composed of copper carbonate hydroxide, Malachite is mined in the areas of Congo, Zambia, Namibia, Mexico, New South Wales, Arizona, France and Israel. A Malachite gemstone gives a very poor rating of hardness of 3.5 to 4 out of 10 on the Moh’s Scale of Hardness.This alluring gemstone is found in a variety of green colours like, yellowish green, dark green, banded green and blackish green. Malachite derives its unique name from a Greek word “Molochitis Lithos” which stands for “Mallow Green Stone”.
